ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicant for this scholarship must satisfy the following eligibility requirements;
- After graduation, you must rank in the top 10% of your class.
- You must not be qualified for assistance under the Dutch student grant and loan system, nor be in possession of an EU/EEA passport.
- It is required that you completed your bachelor’s degree or secondary education outside of the Netherlands.
- You would have submitted an application to a global master’s programme that would have begun on September 1, 2024.

Selection Criteria
- to be highly qualified academically and show promise in the chosen subject of study.
- Evidence of ranking in the top 10% of the class, grades, test results (GU-GRE, for example), a writing sample, and letters of recommendation from the workplace or school.
- Motivation letter for master’s programme, including academic content, communication and intercultural skills, and personal goals.
- the quality, consistency, and completeness of the Master’s programme application.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- a confirmation letter from your university or college stating that you rank among the top 10% of students.
- Statements that your institution has signed and sealed, recommendation letters, diplomas showing your class rank, etc.
APPLICATION PROCEÂDURE
Before the specified deadlines, submit an application (or applications) if you would like to be considered for this scholarship. Non-EU/EEA applicants may begin to submit their applications on November 1, 2023.
