The Manaaki New Zealand Government Scholarships 2024 are now accepting applications for Ph.D., graduate, undergraduate, and diploma programs. The scholarships cover tuition, living, travel, health insurance, and stipends.
The application process is easy and requires no English language tests, academic records, student visa, or Letter of Place. Late applications will not be accepted.

FINANCIAL COVERAGE
Scholars come to New Zealand for world-class education. The Manaaki NZ Scholarships will cover:

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Age Requirements: In order to begin your scholarship in New Zealand, you must be eighteen years old. If you are seventeen, you must turn eighteen before the first semester of your scholarship begins. The age restriction is 40 years old.
- Required Work Experience: Work experience may be volunteer, compensated, or unpaid:
- 30 hours or more a week of full-time employment experience throughout the last year, OR
- Two years’ worth of experience working part-time, or up to 29 hours a week.
- English language proficiency requirements for accepted applicants:Â English language test results are only required for shortlisted candidates.
- IELTS score of 6.0 with no band below 5.5
- 80 on the computer-based TOEFL exam with a 21 writing score.
- With no communication skills, a PTE Academic score of 50 is less than 42.
- Advanced Cambridge Academic English score: 169, no band lower than 162.

You don’t need to provide these things with your application form:
- verified copies of your academic records or transcripts for completed qualifications
- English language test scores
- Verified copies of your birth certificate, passport, and government ID
- A student visa
- A Letter of Place from a university or educational institution
- Confirmation of a PhD supervisor (PhD scholarship applicants).
